This CSV1000 ETDRS chart test provides standardized testing of ETDRS acuity.This chart can only be used in the CSV1000 Test Instrument Viewer and the CSV1000 Test Instrument Viewer. These instruments can test at the standardized light level of 85 cd/m2.

This Super Vision test includes visual acuity and letter contrast sensitivity (CS) on a single chart. The top portion of the chart tests for acuity vision while the bottom half includes highly calibrated levels of contrast. Chart includes eight separate contrast levels for the most precise contrast sensitivity test. This eye chart also includes a separate optotype sequence for each eye to reduce memorization possibilities. This test is designed for use with the Small 914 Illuminator Cabinet.
