Lang Fixation Cube Red
The LANG FIXATION CUBES, and LANG FIXATION STICK are orthoptic products for binocular diagnostics, to be used mainly by ophthalmologists, orthoptists, optometrists, and opticians. They were designed by J. Lang, inventor of the LANG-STEREOTEST®, to facilitate the orthoptic examination in children. They are being used for assessment of eye fixation, motility, accommodation, convergence, for cover test, and to prepare the patient for testing with the LANG-STEREOTEST® or the LANG-STEREOPAD®.

Wolff Wands provide specialized Fixation targets used in various procedures such as Retinoscopy, Cover Test, and Ocular Motility. Various techniques employ the wands to evaluate accommodative lag, anisometropia, near point convergence, tracking, peripheral awareness and saccadic eye movements.
The Acrylic Fixation Sticks come are available with either a 1″ (25 mm) or 1 1/2″ (38 mm) polished acrylic ball on the end. The rods are 14 inches (35.6 cm) and are made of aluminum for durability.

731011 Black Handled Fixation Cube: An HOTV cube with a center HOTV optotype calibrated to 20/40 (6/12) and an outer HOTV optotype calibrated to 20/200 (6/60) equivalent when tested at 16″ (40 cm) on top of the cube. The HOTV optotypes on side of the cube are calibrated to 20/125 (6/38) equivalent.

The Mini-Spinner is only 4″ (10 cm) tall with a 1 1/2″ (37 mm) globe where the blue, red, and yellow LEDs spin. The light pattern changes as the ball spins. The button must be held down to light the ball and spin. Runs for a long time on three LR44 hearing aid batteries. Instructions for battery replacement included.
