The Panel 16 Color Vision Test includes two sets of 16 test caps and 17 restriction rings with one of the caps being a “pilot”. The diameter of the stimulus area is 1.3″ (3.3 cm), and can be reduced by using dark gray restriction rings with an opening of 0.47″ (1.2 cm) in diameter.Acrylic case includes a cloth storage pouch. Travel tube comes with black cloth. Comes with recording forms and instructions.
The Lanthony Desaturated Color test is identical to the Farnsworth D-15, but the 15 disks are desaturated (lighter in hue). This allows the screener to determine whether or not the subject has the ability to discriminate between subtle color variations. The test can distinguish between normal color perception and mild deficiency in protan/deutan (red-green) or tritan (blue-yellow).
The Good-Lite® Magnetic Farnsworth D-15 tests Color Vision, by moving a magnet to arrange the colored disks. This complete Farnsworth D-15 test is enclosed in a sealed plastic box that prevents the disks from becoming lost or dirty.
Farnsworth 100 Hue Test comes boxed in clear acrylic containers which make scoring easy and reduces the potential for test disruption by holding the patient’s disc sequence intact. The Farnsworth 100 Hue test includes 93 color discs, four clear Acrylic boxes, a tray, a score template for copying, and comprehensive instructions. The scoring template calculates a numerical score and provides a graphical display or print of the patient’s score. Dimensions: 56cm X 17cm X 2.4cm
