LEA SYMBOLS Proportional Distance Chart

A LEA SYMBOLS® pediatric eye chart with proportionally spaced (logMAR) lines; line sizes range from 20/80 to 20/8 (6/24 to 6/2.4). The other equivalents featured on this chart are decimal and LogMAR. This chart can be used in an illuminated ESV1018 cabinet or hung on the wall. Chart Set includes a response key and instructions along with the chart.
