Kay Picture Test Uncrowded Near Test Cards

The pictures are sized to measure vision from 1.3 to 0.0 LogMAR (6/120 to 6/6 Snellen eqivalent) at 33cm testing distance. Approximate N text size equivalents are also printed on the card.

Two columns of picture optotypes are carefully spaced on a double-side A4 card, making it easier to assess those with a visual impairment or learning difficulty. Children from 18 months of age can be tested as soon as they are able to name these 6 familiar pictures.

The double-sided card is matt-laminated with a wipe-clean finish and comes in a handy plastic wallet for safe storage in between uses.
