Petrosyan Word Search Workbook 1 UPPERCASE Lowercase Multi Directional Word Search

This word search workbook was created to help improve visual attention, visual discrimination, visual memory, and visual figure ground. It also works to improve the accuracy of fixation, small angle saccades and reading related eye movements. Here, the main task is to find a specific sequence within a field of distractors.

While performing the task, the patient should be sitting straight with a distance of at least the length from their wrist to elbow between their eyes and the page. If the patient has a habitual pair of reading glasses, they should be worn while performing the therapy. Always advise the patient to perform the task as quickly and as accurately as they can and time the activity to allow monitoring for improvement. When recording the task performance, noting if the task was performed OD, OS, Bi-ocular, OU as well as which eye was easier, accuracy, smoothness, time, body posture if unusual, motor overflow if present, and automaticity will also allow you to track their progress and improvement.
