Alternating Flippers Rock Flippers
These alternating flippers are used to increase the speed and reduce the latency of the speed of the response for patients that have difficulty shifting focus. Alternating Accommodative Flipper (aka Rock Flipper) Vision Therapy can be conducted in and out or at home for focusing disorders. The primary focusing dysfunction this procedure treats is accommodative infacility (a problem shifting focus from near to far and back again).
These Alternating Flippers have a plus lens at the power specified on one side and an occluding lens on the other side. Flip the instrument over and you get the same power but minus and an occluding lens on the alternate side.

Vergence Facility Prism 12D 3D Mounted
These vergence prisms quickly screen for binocular vision. Use these to get the patient to cycle between the two prisms up to 15 cycles per minute. Use at 16″ (40 cm) with a 20/30 near point line. Prisms are 12D base-out and 3D base-in and 1.5″ high (38mm).

Provides a more comfortable and secure strap for the Yoked Prism Framest. Wide Elastic Strap has an eyelet at each end which is easily threaded thru the thumb screw on each side of the Yoked Prism Frame. Velcro strips permit adjustment of the strap to appropriately adjust to the head of your patient.
