Comes with 7 support bases: 3 cylindrica, 3 cubic, and 1 parralelopiped.
Supports can be easily disassembled and interchanged. Base sizes: cylindrical diameter and cubes each side 80mm, 60mm, or 40mm; parallelopiped 40mm x 40mm, 200mm.
Bases are made of metal. Cylindrical base with flat surface and rounded rim allows the board to have a unique feature: a mix between cubic and semi-sphere support.

Vergence Facility Prism 12D 3D Mounted
These vergence prisms quickly screen for binocular vision. Use these to get the patient to cycle between the two prisms up to 15 cycles per minute. Use at 16″ (40 cm) with a 20/30 near point line. Prisms are 12D base-out and 3D base-in and 1.5″ high (38mm).
