Shipping and Delivery

Due to supply chain issues, it is possible your order may take longer than usual to fufill.

Please be assured that we’re working hard to get your order shipped to you as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your patience during this time and apologize for any inconvenience.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM Indian Standard Time (IST) for in-stock items will be shipped on the same business day. Most orders placed after 2:00 PM IST for in stock items will be processed and shipped the next business day.

This policy includes Standard, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air and USPS shipping options.

Our hours of operation are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday-Friday (CST – US).

Jutron Vision preferably ships using UPS for International orders or DTDC for Domestic.

• Standard Ground: 3-7 business days after order processing and from 0 to 100 lbs in weight
• 2nd Day Air: 2 Business days after order processing and from 0 to 40 lbs in weight
• Next Day Air: Business days after order processing and from 0 to 20 lbs in weight

International addresses are shipped via Standard Service using the USPS only. Customs, Duties, Taxes and other fees associated with importing products for International Orders will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

3-8 business days after order processing and from 0 to 100 lbs in weight for North, West and South. 5-12 days for North East and East of India.

3-10 business days after order processing limited to 40 lbs or less.

Do note that shipping dates are only “Estimated” dates. Jutron Vision will process your order within our timeframe but problems beyond our control may delay delivery of your order.
