HOTV ETDRS Chart with 50 Percentage Crowding Bars Scrambled

This chart features HOTV optotypes with 50% spaced contour interaction bars to provide single optotype acuity with the proper crowding effect. Optotype line sizes range from 13/66 to 13/6.5 (4/20 to 4/2) equivalent. The other equivalents featured on this chart are letter size, 20 foot, 6 meter, decimal, and LogMAR. Similar to the 500035 HOTV ETDRS Crowded Bar Chart, but with optotypes in scrambled order for repetitive testing.
